We are seeking a Production / Landscape Install Manager with a landscape & construction background.
The Production Manager will work closely as a team with our Landscape Designer & Account Managers to accomplish an overall satisfaction level with our clients, focusing on the clients' Work Order / Landscape projects.
The Production Manager is directly responsible for managing the safe, efficient, and quality production of a team of Landscape Install & Enhancement crews.
Responsibilities:
Scheduling work to ensure efficient and timely production to meet customer needs.
Procuring materials & scheduling delivery of the materials for each job.
Maintaining job cost items to ensure budgets are met with labor & materials Building an outstanding production team - - developing employees and working with employees to build and support a team environment.
Maintaining crew safety and efficient work practices through training and supervision.
Ensuring crews have the proper equipment / tools to do their jobs and that equipment / tools are properly maintained.
Ensuring that customers are completely satisfied through effective communication, relationship building and regular site visits.
Demonstrating role model behaviors on ethics and integrity as well as positively promoting the Company in particular, regarding safety, quality, and customer service.
Requirements:
Strong oral and written communication skills (Bilingual is a strong plus).
Experience in operating and maintaining equipment.
Proficient with basic computer software programs, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Strong Work ethic.
Must have capabilities in scheduling crews in a fast-paced work environment.
Customer service experience - able to identify and resolve customer concerns.
Strong organizational and administrative skills.
